    Ask for an estimate of monthly AI and tool usage before launch, and whose account it is billed to.

  4. Where does a person stay in the loop?

    Know which steps the AI can take on its own, which need approval, and who decided that.

Why do you publish prices?

So you can tell in a minute whether we're a fit for your budget. The prices shown are starting points; your fixed quote depends on the number of systems involved, data complexity and how much the automation is allowed to do on its own.

What drives the price of an automation or agent build?

Mainly how many tools it reads from and writes to, how messy the inputs are, and how much it can do without a person approving it. An agent that drafts a reply costs less than one that sends it, updates the CRM and books the meeting.

What will it cost to run?

AI model and API usage is billed to your own accounts at the providers' rates, so there's no markup. We estimate running costs as part of every quote.

Can we start with the audit and decide later?

Yes. The audit stands on its own: you get the ranked opportunities and a fixed-price plan for the first build, and you decide whether and with whom to build it. If you build with us and start within 45 days, the full audit fee is credited toward the build.

How do payments work?

Builds are paid 50/50: half when we start and half at launch. Automation Operations is billed monthly. Every build includes 30 days of post-launch fixes — if something we delivered doesn't work as agreed, we fix it at no charge.

Do you work outside Canada?

Yes. We're based in Canada and work remotely, so companies in the US, Canada and the UK can all work with us. Prices are in USD.
