Automate the busywork between the order and the customer.

Behind every store is a stream of repetitive work: where-is-my-order tickets, address problems, returns, product copy, supplier emails and the Monday report. We build automations that handle the routine cases end to end and route the rest to your team with the context already gathered.

Fit

Who this is for

  • Shopify, WooCommerce or similar stores with a small team covering support and operations.
  • Brands whose support volume grows faster than the team.
  • Operators who spend hours moving data between the store, helpdesk, inventory and spreadsheets.

Use cases

Workflows we can automate

  • Support triage and suggested replies. Classify incoming tickets, look up the order and tracking status, and draft a reply in your tone. Routine questions can be answered with approval; complex ones go to a person with a summary.
  • Order exception handling. Spot failed payments, invalid addresses, stuck fulfilments and fraud flags, then fix what follows a clear rule and queue the rest with a recommended action.
  • Returns and refunds workflow. Check return requests against your policy, create labels, update inventory and prepare refunds for approval, keeping the customer informed at each step.
  • Product content at scale. Draft product titles, descriptions, alt text and collection copy from supplier data and your style guide, for a merchandiser to review before publishing.
  • Daily and weekly reporting. Combine store, ads and inventory data into a short report with the numbers that changed and why, delivered to Slack or email.

How we keep it safe

  • Refunds, cancellations and anything that moves money need human approval by default.
  • Customer-facing replies follow your policies and tone guide, and uncertain cases are escalated, not guessed.
  • Payment card data is never sent to AI models; we work with order references and the data your platform exposes.

FAQ

Questions we hear from e-commerce and dtc teams.

Will customers know they are talking to AI?

That is your call, and we recommend being open about it. Many stores use AI to draft replies that an agent approves, which keeps the human voice while removing the lookup and typing.

Which platforms do you work with?

Any platform with a usable API or webhook support, including the common store, helpdesk, email and inventory tools. We confirm the specifics for your stack before quoting.

Is this different from an off-the-shelf helpdesk AI add-on?

Add-ons are a good fit when they cover your case, and we will tell you if one does. Custom automations make sense when the work spans several systems, needs your own rules or must act, not just answer.

How do you measure whether it works?

We agree on the measure before building, such as tickets resolved without manual lookup or time to handle an exception, and the automation logs every run so you can check.
